This app is based on a tradition within The Summit Lighthouse that finds its origins with Gautama Buddha on January 1, 1986. It was then when he announced that the seven chohans of the rays received permission from the Lords of Karma to establish “Universities of the Spirit in each of their etheric retreats. These universities would welcome not just dozens or hundreds, but thousands and tens of thousands of students committed to diligently following the path of self-mastery on the seven rays, with a particular focus on mastering the first and seventh rays” (vol. 29 no. 21).

Spiritual Retreats
The spiritual retreats are luminous centers once physical on the lost continents of Lemuria and Atlantis but now existing in the etheric realm, beyond human perception. Each retreat serves multiple purposes and is distinguished by the divine qualities they enhance and nurture in individuals. These retreats are overseen by spiritual luminaries who guide the activities within. Here, ascended masters, archangels, and Elohim impart invaluable life lessons and essential knowledge for spiritual progress. They resonate as centers for music, science, art, healing, technology, and creativity. Individuals often train at specific retreats for their earthly missions and seek rejuvenation in between incarnations. Some retreats offer a serene setting while others are vibrant hubs of divine light.

Revealing the Retreats
For an extended period, these retreats remained concealed, and only recently have their locations been disclosed to further support humankind along their spiritual paths. The Chohans
As shared on The Summit Lighthouse website, “The chohans of the rays are among humanity's most direct connections to ascended masters. Their roles are appointed by cosmic hierarchy divinely. Each chohan has achieved self-mastery and ascension by serving humanity through one or more of the seven rays.” Some eminent chohans include El Morya, founder of The Summit Lighthouse and chohan of the first ray; and Saint Germain, known as the Wonderman of Europe and chohan of the seventh ray.
